Andy is a mechanical engineer with over forty years’ experience in mining related engineering consulting and contracting.

He developed his engineering and business skills through a twenty-year career with Western Mining Corporation in maintenance, design and construction of gold, nickel and copper hydro and pyro-metallurgical plants before branching into his own consulting and design business in 1987.

Andy built Rapallo from the ground up, and with the help of the Rapallo team he turned the company into the high performing business that it is today.

Victor began his career with Zambia consolidated copper mines, staying with the company for 5 years before migrating to Australia.

Victor has worked with Rapallo since 2003, where he has held a variety of roles leading up to his current position. Since then has executed a variety of projects for clients such as BHP, Rio Tinto, FMG, the Water Corporation, and other large clients, he has also championed the strategic development of several business units within Rapallo helping the company become what it is today.

Zachary joined the Rapallo team in November 2019. As a young engineer Zac started his career in a manufacturing environment where he has gained invaluable experience in both the refurbishment and assembly of fixed plant equipment.

Zac’s experience with fabrication and machining are highly valued at Rapallo and bring additional knowledge and value to our clients.

Henry is a mechanical engineer with over 10 years’ experience, in inspection and non-destructive testing.

His experience both on shore and offshore includes working on plant and machinery in both Australia and Internationally. Henry has worked in power plants, petrochemical plants, sugar mills, pipelines, workshops and storage tank facilities.

Viraj joined Rapallo team in July 2019. He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering with experience working on various projects on mine sites across Western Australia.

With a strong ecological background Kate advises our clients on appropriate baseline studies required for timely environmental approvals.  Kate has worked on all aspects of project cycle from environmental baseline to approvals, site management and closure.

Outside of Rapallo she has worked for Birdlife, Main Roads, universities, and as an environmental advisor for a major construction firm.
