Compliant crane inspections, backed by engineers
Rapallo inspects mobile cranes, Frannas, vehicle loading cranes, bridge and gantry cranes, tower cranes and EWPs in line with AS 2550, AS 1418, OEM requirements and the Work Health and Safety Regulations 2022. Every inspection is carried out by a competent person and concludes with a clear go or no-go report covering condition, defects and repair scope.

Our crane inspection services
- 10-Year Major Inspection: Full structural and load path assessment, including pins, booms, slew rings, outriggers and chassis, with NATA-accredited NDT where required.
- Design Working Period (DWP) Assessment: Engineering review for cranes nearing or past their design life, with clear recommendations on limitations, repairs or modifications for continued safe use.
- Registered Plant Management: Inspections and documentation suitable for submission to WA regulators.
- Mobile, Franna, Bridge & Gantry Crane Inspection: Covers structural members, hoisting and trolley systems, wire rope, brakes and limit switches. Load testing for recertification is planned in line with CICA guidance.
- Tower & Specialised Crane Inspection: Periodic and major inspections tailored to crane type and OEM service requirements.
Reports delivered through Trojan
Every inspection report, photo and certificate can be delivered through Trojan, our online accessible reporting platform. Full history is retained foreach asset, giving you access to all reviewed and approved reports to better support your maintenance planning and audit preparations.
